(Including Refund & Cancellation Policy)

Welcome to SlickPix Studio (“Studio,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
By booking our services, accessing our website, or engaging with us in any form, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Offered

SlickPix Studio provides:

• Product Photography
• Commercial Photography & Videography
• Creative Shoots
• Social Media Management (SMM)
• Content Creation Services
• Branding & Digital Media Support

All services are subject to written quotation, agreement, or invoice confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance payment (as mentioned in quotation) is required to confirm booking.
• The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Deliverables will only be shared after full payment is received.
• Late payments may delay project timelines.

3. Project Timelines

• Timelines are shared at the time of confirmation.
• Delays caused due to:
  • Late product delivery
  • Incomplete brief
  • Delay in feedback
  • Payment delays
    will automatically extend the delivery schedule.
• Studio is not liable for delays caused by external circumstances.

4. Revisions Policy

• Revisions are limited as per the agreed package.
• Additional edits beyond the agreed limit will be charged separately.
• Major changes in creative direction after shoot completion will be treated as a new project.

5. Raw Files Policy

• Raw files are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the quotation.
• If provided, charges may apply.
• Raw files are shared without further modification rights unless agreed.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Final edited images/videos are licensed for usage as per the agreed purpose.
• SlickPix Studio retains the right to use project visuals for:
  • Portfolio
  • Social media
  • Marketing promotions
    unless a written NDA is signed prior to project start.
• Unauthorized resale or redistribution of raw files is strictly prohibited.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

7. Cancellation Policy

Before Shoot/Project Start:

• If cancelled after booking confirmation, the advance amount is non-refundable.
• If cancellation happens at least 72 hours before scheduled shoot, the booking may be rescheduled once (subject to availability).

On Shoot Day:

• If client fails to provide products, team access, or required arrangements, it will be treated as a cancellation.
• Rescheduling charges may apply.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative services:

• No refunds will be provided once the project has started.
• No refunds will be issued after delivery of edited files.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference (without technical fault) does not qualify for refund.
• Refunds, if approved under exceptional cases, will be at the sole discretion of SlickPix Studio.

9. Social Media Management Specific Terms

• Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the month has started.
• Ad budgets are separate and paid directly by client.
• Performance (reach, engagement, sales) depends on market conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

SlickPix Studio shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Business losses or profit losses
• Platform algorithm changes affecting performance

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Force Majeure

Studio shall not be held responsible for failure or delay due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Technical failures
• Any circumstances beyond reasonable control

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
